Refund Policy

RETURNS

Any return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the order arrival date. If 30 days have lapsed, unfortunately, we cannot approve a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact our Customer Service Team to receive a return approval prior to returning any product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact our Customer Service Team.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are non-conforming, defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange within the 10-business day timeframe, contact our Customer Service Team for exchange instructions.
